Prospective Providers
GVRA welcomes interested entities to join our network of service providers to support Georgians with disabilities. Effective this enrollment period, GVRA will only accept and review applications for services in areas with an identified need. Applications submitted outside of the listed service areas and service types below will not be reviewed. The open enrollment runs April 1st-April 30th annually.
GVRA operates on the Federal Fiscal Year. If selected, provider contracts will not be issued until October 1st, which marks the beginning of Federal Fiscal Year 2027.

Before applying, please confirm that your application matches both a listed districted and a listed service type. Applications that do not meet both criteria will not be considered.

Step-By Step Process for Becoming a Provider:
- Review the
Provider Manual.
- Confirm that your application corresponds to a listed district and service type above. Applications outside of the identified areas of need will not be reviewed.
- Complete an application via the Provider Application Form (Link will be live April 1- 30). Note: Submission of an application is not guaranteed of being selected as a provider.
Next steps: The Provider Relations team will contact you for additional information if needed. Selected providers will be notified via email by Provider Management with further instructions to begin the onboarding and system setup process.
Please Note: Due to the volume of applications received, GVRA will not provide individual status updates during the review period. The application process takes 45-60 days following the close of the enrollment period (April 30). We ask that you please be patient as each application receives our undivided attention and goes through GVRA's full internal review process.
