As of this (Wednesday) morning, Gov. Bryan Kemp has expanded the State of Emergency by Executive Order, to include Appling, Bacon, Brantley, Bryan, Bulloch, Camden, Charlton, Chatham, Clinch, Echols, Effingham, Evans, Glynn, Liberty, Long, McIntosh, Pierce, Screven, Tattnall, Ware, and Wayne Counties. Therefore, local Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) offices in Waycross, Statesboro and Reidsville will close immediately, and our VR offices in Brunswick and Savannah remain closed, along with our Savannah Disability Adjudication Services (DAS) location. All closures remain in effect until further notice via email, gvs.ga.gov and social media, in accordance with our agency's inclement weather policy. If you are outside this evacuation zone but feel unsafe at any time, please discuss the use of annual or personal leave with your supervisor.
