The Office of Gov. Nathan Deal has announced reappointments to two of Georgia Vocational Rehabilitation Agency's partner councils. The Statewide Rehabilitation Council (SRC), established by federal mandate, is comprised of various stakeholders and community members, including individuals with a variety of disabilities.

The Statewide Independent Living Council (SILC) serves individuals with disabilities seeking to establish self-sufficiency in functions of day-to-day living, providing a foundation for those who are interested in pursuing a career.
