The mission of P2P is to substantially improve training and preparation of children and youth with disabilities in Georgia to eventually obtain and maintain competitive integrated employment in conjunction and coordination with other state, local, and private entities.

Family Toolbox

The Family Toolbox empowers children and youth with disabilities and their families to access resources for achieving positive post-secondary outcomes and ultimately competitive employment. It includes presentations and resource links to support families in helping their children reach their dreams.

P2P Programming: Pathways to Dreams

Pathway to Dreams is a Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS) program for students with disabilities in grades 6-8, focusing on soft skills, goal setting, career exploration, and self-advocacy. Each lesson is engaging, informative, and adaptable to meet all students' learning needs.

P2P Programming: Bridging the Gap

Bridging the Gap is a targeted initiative supporting youth with disabilities, aged 18-22, in their transition from high school to positive post-secondary outcomes, including post-secondary education and obtainment of competitive integrated employment.
