SWTCIE Project

The Georgia SWTCIE Mission

Our mission is to increase opportunities for adults, students, and youth with disabilities to transition from subminimum wage roles into competitive integrated careers within their communities.

Our Approach

We use provider-led discovery and real-world exploration to design a personalized career roadmap, featuring:

  • Customized Job Development
  • 80-Hour or up to 90-Day Integrated Internships
  • Job Coaching & On-the-Job Supports
  • Long-term Transition Planning
