The Office of Human Resources supports the Agency’s six programs by providing comprehensive human resources services to the Agency’s 1,200 employees. The Office of Human Resources assists Agency programs with recruitment, hiring and retention initiatives, development of policies, employee benefits, classification and compensation issues, employee relations, performance management, organizational development, training and fair and lawful employment practices.
