Ms. Fluck has over five years of state government experience in planning and budget at the agency and enterprise level, previously serving in roles at the Governor’s Office of Planning and Budget. Ms. Fluck is a graduate of the University of West Georgia and has a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and a master’s degree in Public Administration.
