“Powering Futures!” is at the heart of WOW In-Sync’s mission. Guided by the core values of individual choice, self-advocacy, and person-centered support, the organization provides customized career development and life-skills training that empower individuals to achieve greater independence and success.

A valued partner of the Georgia Vocational Rehabilitation Agency (GVRA) for the past 15 years, WOW In-Sync has worked alongside GVRA since 2011 to expand opportunities for individuals with disabilities across Georgia. This longstanding partnership reflects a shared commitment to helping individuals achieve meaningful employment, increase independence, and fully participate in their communities through quality services, individualized support, and innovative training opportunities.

WOW In-Sync is a Georgia-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that has been providing high-quality services for more than 25 years. What sets the organization apart is its specialized focus on serving indi

viduals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) and autism. Through customized training, advocacy, and person-centered programming, WOW In-Sync helps individuals develop the skills, confidence, and opportunities needed to integrate more fully into the workplace and community.

Today, WOW In-Sync serves approximately 475 individuals, empowering them to pursue their personal, educational, and career goals while promoting inclusion, self-determination, and lifelong success.

Most Requested Services

Among WOW In-Sync’s most requested services are Customized Supported Employment through Simply Biz and Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS) offered through Mister Migs Discovery.

WOW In-Sync guides and supports individuals in achieving their employment and independence goals, beginning as early as high school. Through hands-on Pre-ETS training, students “learn by doing” as they explore careers, discover their strengths, develop workplace readiness skills, and gain valuable experiences that prepare them for future employment.

By providing personalized support and real-world learning opportunities, WOW In-Sync helps individuals build the confidence and skills necessary to succeed in competitive integrated employment and independent living.

When asked about the partnership, Mary Justman, Vice President of Resources & Development for WOW In-Sync, Inc. and Mister Migs LLC, shared, “WOW has a strong partnership with GVRA and its staff. We have frequent communication and work together to develop new opportunities that help power futures for youth and young adults.”

Through this partnership, GVRA provides resources and support that help students and young adults prepare for employment and successfully transition from school to work. These services begin with career exploration and work discovery and continue through job placement and ongoing support to help individuals succeed in competitive employment.

WOW In-Sync complements these efforts by delivering person-centered services that are meaningful, consistent, and tailored to each individual’s unique goals and needs.

Together, GVRA and WOW In-Sync are helping create pathways to employment, independence, and long-term success for individuals with disabilities across Georgia.
