Andrea Waddy-Willis

Andrea Waddy-Willis is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with more than a decade of progressive financial leadership across state government and federal contract environments. She currently serves as Chief Financial Officer for the Georgia Vocational Rehabilitation Agency (GVRA), where she leads financial operations, reporting, and compliance. During her tenure with GVRA, she has also served as Deputy CFO and VR Financial Administrator, contributing to major operational improvements and strengthened fiscal oversight.

Before joining GVRA, Andrea served as Fiscal Manager and Policy Analyst for the Georgia Department of Public Health, providing financial management and strategic analysis for statewide child health programs. Her earlier career includes finance leadership roles with Management & Training Corporation and Corrections Corporation of America, where she oversaw budget administration, revenue management, capital projects, and compliance functions.

Andrea holds an MBA with an Accounting concentration from Brenau University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Central Florida. She is dedicated to modernizing financial operations, enhancing accountability, and developing high-performing fiscal teams.
