Join Us for SenseAbility Week – January 22nd – 31st, 2025
SenseAbility Week is a weeklong event dedicated to supporting individuals from the sensory community, including those who are Blind/Low Vision, Deaf/Hard of Hearing, and DeafBlind. This event offers a unique opportunity to access free services at Centers for Independent Living (CILs), showcasing sensory-specific programs that promote independence and well-being.
Participants will have the chance to explore a variety of resources, making this the perfect time for those who have not yet connected with CILs. The event also introduces ongoing support options, helping to foster lasting relationships with CILs for continued assistance.

Below are the dates for each participating CIL:
- January 22nd from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. – Northwest Georgia Center for Independent Living
- January 28th from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.- Living Independence for Everyone
- January 29th 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. – Multiple Choices
- January 29th from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. – disAbility Link
- January 30th from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m.– Walton Options for Independent Living
- January 31st – from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. – Access 2 Independence
- February 7th from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. – Disability Connections
