Mr. Latimore has 15 years of accounting experience, with almost eight years in state government. He joined the GVRA staff in 2021, bringing with him a passion and commitment to delivering quality customer service. Mr. Latimore earned a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a master’s in Accounting from DeVry’s Keller Graduate School of Management. He also has completed several certifications with the Carl Vinson Institute of Government at the University of Georgia.
