GVRA Providers Invited to Participate in a Customer Service Satisfaction Survey
In an effort to improve our partnership with those who provide support and services to our clients, Georgia Vocational Rehabilitation Agency (GVRA) is seeking the input of its service providers in an ongoing survey. This survey is an opportunity to be part of a continuing strategic effort to implement process improvement and standardize procedures for our valued partners.
The link was initially sent to points of contact for all active providers on May 29th. Individuals may only participate once, and the submissions of those who already contributed have been received. Multiple individuals from one entity may participate.
The survey will be available until close of business on Friday, June 14th. Anyone who would like to participate but did not receive the link should email their name and the company, organization or area of practice they represent to Communications@gvs.ga.gov.
